	2010 UAP Subscription Learn more To qualify, Analyst must have been purchased or upgraded in 2009, or you must have a 2009 UAP Subscription. You will also qualify by selecting one of the options on the right.	$95
	Upgrade Includes 2010 UAP To qualify, you must be the owner of a valid Investment Analyst license, purchased or upgraded between 2003 and 2008. If you purchased Analyst prior to 2003, please call for an Upgrade price. Earlier versons of Analyst Pre-2003 Investment Analyst licenses qualify for a 25% discount on any product.. 	Additional Install To qualify, Analyst must have been purchased or upgraded in 2009, or you must have a 2009 or 2010 UAP Subscription. .	$150
	Consultation Fee - per hour	$75

Select the number of computers, including Primary Computer. Limit 4 per each Primary license. Number of hours of consultation may also be selected here.
Please include each computer that will have Analyst installed. If Analyst will be installed on more than one machine, the upgrade cost is calculated, based upon the prices shown above for the first computer (primary license) plus an additional 80% of the UAP price or Upgrade price shown above for each additional computer. Analyst will only be upgraded on those machines that are included in this total. If only Additional Installs are being purchased, they are calculated at $150 times the number of computers selected above. If you need Analyst licenses for more than one physical site or for more than 4 computers, special pricing applies. Please call us for details at 412-606-9000.

These special prices are made available for those desiring to upgrade to a higher level of Analyst or to upgrade to Commercial Complete. Commercial Complete includes all of the functionality of Investment Analyst (Standard or Pro, depending upon your current version) and Narrative Complete. Income Analysis, Real Estate Database, and Narrative Appraisal Reports in one powerful program. Terms and Conditions You must have Investment Analyst Standard or Pro to upgrade directly to Commercial Complete. Any version qualifies. If you currently own Analyst Basic or Caprate Calculator, also check the box "Upgrade Analyst to a higher Level" below and select either Upgrade One Level or Upgrade Basic to Pro This upgrade to Commercial Complete will replace your Investment Analyst license with a Commercial Complete license. You may be required to uninstall Investment Analyst when Commercial Complete is installed and your current version of Investment Analyst cannot be transferred to another computer. If you presently have Investment Analyst Pro you will receive Commercial Complete Pro. If you presently have Investment Analyst Standard, you will receive Commercial Complete Standard.

The prices shown here represent electronic delivery only. You can download the latest version of Investment Analyst at the Analyst Download page. When you install the new version, the newest features of Analyst will be disabled until you request a new Registration Code for each computer. This can be done from within the Analyst Worksheet.

Additional Users

Up to 3 additional users may be added - per license. The cost to add an additional user is $150, but when you upgrade or purchase the subscription here, the cost per additional user is reduced to as low as $38. Each additional user's computer will receive a Registration Code that authorizes Analyst to run on that computer. Additional computers must be located on the same physical site. The laptop or home computer of the registered owner also qualifies. Affiliates of the owner can qualify for a reduced price for their own licensed copy of Analyst, registered in their name. We will replace any product that is received in damaged condition, or which was inadvertently ordered more than once. Financial Masterplan, Inc. does not refund payment nor grant credits for products which are returned for any other reason.
