What we do

We specialize in providing software that assists real estate professionals in the valuation of commercial real estate. Investment Analyst is used to comprehensively evaluate income producing property. Commercial Complete is a real estate data management system that efficiently stores information on any real property - including general property information, sale data, rental data, assessment data, listing data, and much more. Commercial Complete will also assist the real estate professional in preparing a Comparison Analysis and a Cost Analysis. Narrative Complete will be out soon. It is a complete word processing tool with built-in capabilities that real estate professionals need. A property database and income analysis capabilities are incorporated into Narrative Complete.

In the end, screen design is what makes software easy to use. Report design is what makes the product valuable to you. Intelligence that is built into the software to lead you through the inputs, to check for calculation errors and to prevent invalid assumptions is what makes software reliable. Input. Output. Reliability. Only software that is written in native Windows programming languages by skilled software engineers can give you professional, easy to use input screens and presentation quality reports. You might say that our products are "handmade." They take longer to create, but the quality is apparent.

The fact is, we often take several months to design a single input screen - not because the programming is difficult (although some of it is).  The real difficulty is to make it feel right to you.  Until each screen fits like a glove, the software is not ready to release.

Our latest software, Narrative Complete, follows in this tradition.  Like all of our software, it was designed from scratch, with you in mind. Most of our competitors use "templates" based upon the Excel spreadsheet program or a packaged database program. At $79.95, they may be "better than nothing." But the truth is that they are not up to the job.

Designed to work in Windows XP and the Vista operating systems, our software incorporates the latest in programming technology.  Our products are always positioned for the future.  As the Windows operating system changes, and as system hardware becomes faster, software applications must be updated to maintain compatibility.  We do this regularly and have since 1987.

Investment Analyst has been used by real estate professionals for more than 20 years to analyze and value income producing real estate, applying advanced mathematical techniques. It calculates the value, based upon the yield requirements and projections of the analyst. Financing, closing costs, selling expenses, income growth and property appreciation are among the many factors considered. Holding periods can range between 1 and 60 years. Reports can be printed, pasted or saved to an Excel spreadsheet, PDF file, or RTF file. Reports can be merged into a word processing document. If you have Narrative Complete, the reports can be inserted directly into your narrative reports.
